What a fantastic image! Interventional and endovascular procedures are revolutionising the field of surgery. It is fascinating to see the anatomy light up like this, and even more incredible to be able to ‘intervene’ with minimally invasive procedures. EVAR is now widely accepted as the gold standard of care for most vascular procedures. It is incredible watching them at work and watching those stents be deployed in real time!
